Return Window
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn/unused, with all original packaging, tags, and seals intact.
You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Sealed products (booster boxes/packs): Must remain factory sealed. Opened items are not returnable.

Singles: Must be pack-fresh/NM, in original sleeve/toploader/seal.

Graded cards/slabs: Must be unopened and unaltered.
How to Start a Return
Email us at sagebusinesstcg@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
If your return is approved, we’ll send a return shipping label and instructions.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to our error (wrong item/defect), the cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund.
Original shipping is non-refundable.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items are not eligible for return, including:

Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different item, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know if the refund was approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

Order Cancellations & Restocking Fee
We understand plans change!
If you need to cancel an order, please email sagebusinesstcg@gmail.com with your order number as soon as possible.

Before Fulfillment/Shipment: Approved cancellations are subject to a 10% restocking/processing fee to cover payment processing, picking/packing, and administrative costs.

After Fulfillment/Shipment: Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled. You may request a return once the package arrives (return shipping and original shipping are your responsibility).

Preorders/Allocated Items: Preorders can be canceled before fulfillment with the same 10% restocking fee. Once allocation or shipment occurs, standard return limits apply.
We reserve the right to waive this fee if the cancellation is due to our error.
