Domestic Shipping Only
We currently ship orders within the United States only. All orders are fulfilled through SageTCG, LLC and shipped primarily via USPS. On occasion, we may use UPS or FedEx if shipping rates are more favorable for the customer’s location or package size.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within up to five (5) business days after payment is received. Processing time may vary during new set releases, high-volume periods, or preorders. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods & Tracking
All orders include tracking information, regardless of size or shipping method. Even smaller mailers are shipped with envelope-level tracking to confirm delivery.
Packages may be shipped in padded bubble mailers or cardboard boxes, depending on order size and protection needs.
Shipping Rates & Free Shipping Threshold
We charge a flat shipping fee for all standard U.S. orders. Orders that meet a certain spending threshold automatically qualify for free shipping.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout.
Preorders
For preorder products, SageTCG will ship items in a way that aims to ensure delivery around the official pre-release weekend whenever possible. Release dates and allocations are subject to change by distributors or manufacturers. If an allocation delay occurs, affected items will ship as soon as stock arrives.
No Local Pickup or Delivery
At this time, we do not offer local pickup or hand delivery. All orders are shipped through our partnered carriers.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
Once a package has been scanned and accepted by the carrier, risk of loss transfers to the buyer.
If your order arrives damaged or fails to arrive within a reasonable time after tracking shows delivery, please contact us at sagebusinesstcg@gmail.com with your order number and details so we can assist.
