Welcome to SageTCG (“SageTCG,” “we,” “us,” “our”). We operate this website and online store, along with related content, features, tools, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”). Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Services and incorporate any policies referenced here, including our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
By visiting, interacting with, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Access & Account

You represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence and have authority to agree to these Terms. You may be asked to provide information (e.g., email, billing, payment, and shipping info). You warrant that such information is accurate, current, and complete and that you have the right to provide it.
You’re responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Accounts are non-transferable.

2. Our Products (Trading Card Specifics)

We strive to display products accurately, but appearance (including color/foil sheen) can vary by device or screen. Singles, sealed product, graded cards, and randomized items (e.g., booster packs/boxes) are sold as described. Pull odds are not guaranteed and no specific card outcome is promised.
Product descriptions, pricing, and availability may change without notice. We may limit quantities or discontinue items at any time.

3. Orders & Preorders

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order. Acceptance occurs when we charge your payment method and/or send a confirmation.

  • Preorders: Release dates and allocations are estimates and may shift due to manufacturer or distributor changes. If allocation is reduced, we may partially fulfill or cancel affected items with a refund of the unfulfilled portion.

  • Live Breaks (if offered): All sales are final once the break begins. Cards pulled belong to the purchaser designated for that spot. Shipping method is stated on the break listing.
    Your purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.

4. Prices, Promotions & Billing

Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. The price in your order confirmation applies. Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude taxes, shipping, handling, customs, and import charges.
You agree to provide current and accurate payment details and authorize us (and Shopify’s payment processors) to charge your payment method for all amounts due, including taxes and shipping.

5. Shipping, Risk of Loss & Delivery

Shipping timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. We are not liable for carrier delays, customs processing, weather events, or circumstances beyond our control. Title and risk of loss transfer to you when the carrier accepts the shipment.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. Undeliverable or returned packages due to address errors may incur reship fees.

6. Cancellations & Restocking Fee

If you need to cancel, email sagebusinesstcg@gmail.com with your order number as soon as possible.

  • Before fulfillment/shipment: Approved cancellations are subject to a 10% restocking/processing fee (covers payment processing, picking/packing, and admin).

  • After fulfillment/shipment: Orders cannot be canceled. You may request a return per our Refund Policy (original and return shipping are your responsibility unless due to our error).

  • Preorders/allocations: May be canceled before fulfillment with the same 10% fee. Once allocation is confirmed or fulfilled, standard return limits apply.
    We may waive the fee if the cancellation is due to our error.

7. Condition Standards & Authenticity

  • Singles: Unless otherwise noted, we aim to ship Near Mint/pack-fresh as listed. Minor factory variances can occur.

  • Sealed product: Must remain factory sealed; we do not guarantee pull outcomes.

  • Graded/Slabbed items: Grades are assigned by third-party graders. We do not guarantee future regrades or cross-grades.

  • Authenticity: We do not knowingly sell counterfeit items. If you have a concern, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos; we’ll review promptly.

8. Returns & Refunds

Returns are governed by our Refund Policy. Highlights:

  • Return window: 7 days from delivery to request.

  • Items must be in the same condition received, with all original packaging and seals.

  • Original shipping is non-refundable; return label cost is deducted unless due to our error.

  • Certain items are non-returnable (e.g., opened sealed product, live break items, gift cards, digital goods, clearance/final sale).
    Processing timelines and bank posting times may vary.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Services (text, images, logos, product data, videos, graphics, and their arrangement) is owned by SageTCG or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. No rights are granted by implication. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

10. Optional Tools & Third-Party Links

We may provide access to third-party tools or link to third-party sites. These are provided “as is” without warranties or endorsements. Your use is at your own risk and subject to the third party’s terms and policies.

11. Relationship with Shopify

SageTCG is powered by Shopify. Sales are made directly between you and SageTCG. Shopify is not responsible for your purchases from SageTCG and is released from any claims arising from such transactions.

12. Privacy

Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. Because our store is hosted by Shopify, certain information is also processed under Shopify’s Privacy Policy. Information you submit may be processed outside your country to provide and improve the Services.

13. Feedback & Reviews

If you submit reviews, photos, ideas, or other content (“Feedback”), you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display such Feedback for any purpose, including commercial use, per applicable law. You represent you have rights to the Feedback and that it complies with these Terms. We may remove content we deem inappropriate.

14. Errors & Omissions

From time to time, information on the Services may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies (e.g., product descriptions, pricing, availability). We reserve the right to correct such errors, update information, or cancel orders affected by inaccuracies at any time, including after an order is submitted.

15. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Services for any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws; infringe intellectual property; harass, defame, or harm others; transmit malware or spam; scrape or crawl; bypass security; or otherwise interfere with the operation of the Services. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

Except as expressly stated by SageTCG, the Services and all products are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that descriptions, images, or content are accurate or complete. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers; some limitations may not apply to you.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SageTCG and its officers, employees, partners, agents, contractors, service providers, and licensors (and Shopify and its affiliates) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, or replacement costs, arising from your use of the Services or products. Our aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.

18. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SageTCG, Shopify, and their respective affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or violation of law or third-party rights.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions will remain in full force.

20. Waiver & Entire Agreement

Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right. These Terms, together with the policies referenced herein, are the entire agreement between you and SageTCG regarding the Services and supersede prior agreements.

21. Assignment

You may not assign these Terms or your rights hereunder without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms without notice.

22. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to the Services are governed by the laws of the state of Oregon, without regard to conflict of law principles. You consent to venue and personal jurisdiction in the state and federal courts located in Oregon.

23. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date and will be effective as stated in the notice. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
